Operations Manager

Job Description:

The Student Scoop is looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency, and support academic staff. This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations, scheduling, and administration.
Implement policies and procedures for efficiency.
Supervise staff, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure smooth academic coordination and facility management.
Handle student and parent inquiries professionally.
Oversee compliance, technology, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Education Management, or related field.
Experience in operations management (preferably in education).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of IB/Cambridge systems (preferred).
