Every big dream begins with a small spark. Mine ignited while teaching IBDP Physics—where I saw bright students struggle, not due to a lack of ability, but because they couldn’t connect classroom concepts to the real world. That gap drove me to act.
With a background in Engineering, I’ve always believed learning should be practical and inspiring. In 2017, I started The Student Scoop – a passion project that has grown into a thriving global community of 200+ students annually, backed by a committed team of educators.
Teaching isn’t just about marks; it’s about self-belief. Over the years, I’ve seen students move from self-doubt to success, and those transformations fuel our mission every day.

Rubina Choudhary is the Senior Chemistry teacher and Head of Admissions and Sales at The Student Scoop, specializing in IBDP, AS-A Level, IGCSE, and MYP curriculum. She was awarded the “Above and Beyond” recognition for her outstanding contributions in both leadership and teaching.
In 2024, Rubina enhanced her expertise by attending IB Category 2 certification training, equipping her with advanced strategies to support students and deliver high-quality education. As the Head of Admissions and Sales, Rubina leads critical functions such as managing admissions, overseeing the onboarding process, and scheduling the yearly timetables, ensuring seamless operations and driving the institute’s growth.
Her leadership extends beyond administrative tasks; Rubina is also deeply committed to teaching. She brings Chemistry to life for students, connecting theoretical concepts to real-world applications, inspiring them to excel. Divya Pandey is a Senior Biology Teacher for IBDP, IGCSE, and MYP and Head of Assessment at The Student Scoop, specializing in teaching students across the. With a passion for biology, she designs detailed lesson plans, creates comprehensive notes, and prepares assessments that are tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners. In her role as Head of Assessment, Divya manages all subject assessments, ensuring they are aligned with international standards and accurately reflect students’ progress.
Divya believes that education should inspire curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and help students apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios. She recognizes the unique potential in every student and works tirelessly to guide them toward achieving their personal best.
With a B.Sc., M.Sc., and B.Ed., along with certifications in IBDP CAT 2 certification and Interactive Science Teaching, Divya brings both expertise and dedication to her teaching. Her commitment to excellence is reflected in the awards she has received, including the Diligent Teacher Award from The Student Scoop and the Best Teacher Award from Heavens Coaching Classes. Tanya Ramkumar Pandey is the Centre Manager at The Student Scoop, where she plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. Her responsibilities include managing class and test schedules, handling sales invoices, and designing documents for Mathematics and Sciences. Tanya also coordinates communication between parents, students, and the team, ensuring that everyone stays informed and involved in the learning process.
With a strong belief that education is a journey of growth, Tanya emphasizes the importance of fostering thinking, creativity, and a love for learning. She believes that education should be tailored to meet the unique needs of each student, and by creating a supportive environment, students can be inspired to develop confidence and responsibility. Tanya also values the collaboration between teachers, parents, and the community in creating a great learning experience.
Tanya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance (BAF) and has completed multiple certifications, including courses in Digital Marketing, Junior Human Resources, and Advanced Excel. She has received several accolades, such as the Best Team Support Award from The Student Scoop, a Certificate in Digital Marketing from NIIT, and participation in the E-cell Summit by IIT Bombay. Tanya’s dedication to excellence and her collaborative approach make her a vital asset to The Student Scoop.
Manali Sairaj More is an essential member of the administrative team at The Student Scoop, where she plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing daily operations. Her responsibilities include scheduling, resource allocation, and streamlining administrative functions to enhance efficiency. She works closely with the academic staff to ensure the smooth delivery of educational programs and provides guidance and training to other administrative staff while conducting performance evaluations.
Manali is also responsible for monitoring vendor bills and maintaining various records, including printouts, assessment scores, and reimbursement sheets, using tools like Google Sheets and Excel. She ensures effective communication by sending daily updates to parents regarding classwork, homework, and any student absences. Additionally, she supervises the invigilation of both online and offline tests and prepares worksheets and test papers.
With a strong background in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Manali’s multi-skilled approach enriches the administrative functioning at The Student Scoop. Her personal philosophy emphasizes that education is key to contributing to society and enabling individuals to make a meaningful impact. Manali is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where both students and staff can thrive.
